  2. 2. 80G Tax Receipt

    An 80G tax receipt will only be generated if the donor opts for tax relaxation at the time of donation. Donors must indicate their willingness during the donation process to receive this benefit.

  3. 3. Consideration

    Donations made to Ivace are considered voluntary and non-refundable. The funds will be used to support our initiatives in accordance with our mission to promote social welfare and community development.

  4. 4. Handling Disputes

    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the activities of Ivace will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

    Ivace is committed to delivering reports and updates on the progress and impact of our programs to our donors and supporters.

  6. 6. Payment Terms

    Donations can be made through our official channels. Payment confirmation and receipts will be sent via email. If opting for 80G tax benefits, please ensure you select this option during the donation process.

    Ivace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or donations made. Our liability is limited to the amount of the donation made by the individual.

  8. 8. Contractual Obligations

    By donating to Ivace, donors agree to abide by these Terms. Ivace agrees to utilize donations responsibly and in accordance with the objectives and mission of the organization.
